At abba Hoteles, we continue to strengthen our commitment to sustainability and responsible management. For the second year in a row, we took part in the ECOSTAR Summit 2025, held on October 15th and 16th in Palma de Mallorca, represented by our Director of Sustainability and Procurement, Enric Almiñana.

This event brought together many of the leading Spanish and Portuguese hotel chains and their sustainability leaders, consolidating itself as a key meeting point for sharing experiences, generating synergies, and driving progress in sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices.

Throughout the sessions, several key insights were shared that highlight the direction of the industry:
🌿 In sustainability, we don’t compete – we support each other.
⚡ Energy efficiency remains a top priority for hotel chains of all sizes.
♻️ Monitoring and digitalizing consumption and waste have become essential pillars of circularity.
